We collect information associated with your YourBackers account and/or profiles created under your account, including profile names and icons, usernames or handles associated with interactive features or services, ratings, reviews, and feedback provided by you in relation to content or services available on the YourBackers platform. We may also collect information relating to your watchlists, saved preferences, “continue watching” activity, account or profile settings, and other choices or preferences connected with your use of the YourBackers Service.

USAGE INFORMATION:

We collect information relating to your interaction and engagement with the YourBackers Service, including activity and usage events such as play, pause, resume, and similar interactions. We may also collect information regarding choices made while engaging with interactive content or features available on the platform, gameplay activity and interaction data relating to games or gamified features, including progress and saved information, as well as viewing, browsing, and usage history on the YourBackers platform.

Additionally, we may collect search queries submitted through the YourBackers Service, voice inputs and related transcripts or recordings when voice-enabled functionalities are used, and other information concerning your interaction with the platform, including application clicks, text inputs, page views, duration and frequency of access, and permissions relating to camera or photo access for QR-code functionalities or other platform features.

ADVERTISING INFORMATION:

We collect information about the advertisements on the Netflixservice that you view or interact with, device information (such as resettable deviceidentifiers), IP addresses, inferences we make about you or your household based on datawe collect from or about you (such as the types of ads you or your household prefer to see),and information provided by Advertising Companies (such as your demographic information,likely interests they have collected or inferred from your interactions and purchases throughtheir own and other websites and apps). We also collect information on Advertiser websitesand apps. We use this information to support advertisements (including behavioraladvertisements in accordance with your preferences. "Behavioral Advertisements" arethose that are selected based on information about your use and/or interactions withunaffiliated third party services).

DEVICE AND NETWORK INFORMATION:

We collect information relating to the computers, mobile devices, smart televisions, streaming devices, gaming consoles, set-top boxes, and other devices supported by or connected to the YourBackers Service, as well as information relating to the networks through which such devices access the platform:

We may also collect information provided in connection with surveys, feedback submissions, reviews, or cancellation-related requests made through the YourBackers Service.

DIRECTLY FROM YOU:

SERVICE PROVIDERS:

Vendors, consultants, agents, contractors, and other third-party service providers who collect, process, or provide personal information to YourBackers in connection with services performed on behalf of YourBackers (“Service Providers”). Such Service Providers may include entities engaged for purposes including, but not limited to:

Assisting YourBackers in determining the approximate geographic location of users based on IP address information in order to personalise, customise, optimise, and improve the YourBackers Service and for other purposes consistent with this Privacy Statement;

Third-party websites, forums, communities, or support platforms through which support, assistance, or user engagement relating to the YourBackers Service may be provided, including online support forums, help communities, gaming-related discussion platforms, or customer assistance channels associated with YourBackers services or features.

Publicly Available Sources:

Publicly accessible sources of information, including publicly available posts, comments, interactions, or content shared on social media platforms or other public forums, such as instances where you tag, mention, share, react to, or otherwise engage with YourBackers or YourBackers Content through publicly visible communications. ADVERTISING COMPANIES:

We may collect advertising-related information concerning you from third-party sources for the purpose of supporting, delivering, measuring, analysing, personalising, and improving advertisements associated with the YourBackers Service. Such third parties, collectively referred to as “Advertising Companies,” may include:

Advertisers displaying or promoting advertisements through the YourBackers Service (“Advertisers”) may provide YourBackers with, or permit YourBackers to collect, certain unique identifiers, including cookies, resettable device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and similar tracking technologies, together with demographic information and other related data.

Such information may include details concerning interactions, browsing activities, purchases, or engagements occurring on the Advertisers’ websites, applications, or digital platforms, as well as inferred preferences, interests, behavioural insights, or audience classifications derived from users’ online activities, for the purpose of delivering, supporting, analysing, measuring, and personalising advertisements associated with the YourBackers Service.

Service providers engaged in facilitating, operating, managing, delivering, or optimising advertisements and advertising-related activities associated with the YourBackers Service (“Ad Service Providers”);

Advertising analytics and measurement entities that assist YourBackers and Advertisers in evaluating, analysing, and understanding the performance, reach, engagement, and effectiveness of advertisements (“Ad Measurement Companies”); and

Online and offline data, analytics, and information providers engaged for advertising support purposes, including providers that may furnish general location information derived from your device’s IP address (such as city, state/province, or postal code), supplement demographic or audience-related information already associated with your account or activity, or provide inferred insights regarding your likely interests, preferences, and behavioural patterns based on your online or offline activities.

YourBackers uses your personal information for the purposes of providing, operating, maintaining, improving, securing, personalising, promoting, and supporting the YourBackers Service, as well as for communicating with you in relation to the platform and associated services.

TO PROVIDE THE YOURBACKERS SERVICE:

Including providing personalised recommendations relating to YourBackers content, services, features, or offerings that may be of interest to you. This may also include personalising, customising, and optimising the features, functionality, presentation, and user experience of the YourBackers Service, as well as localising content and services relevant to your geographical location in accordance with applicable licensing arrangements, contractual obligations, or platform requirements.

THE YOURBACKERS GROUP OF COMPANIES:

YourBackers may share personal information within the YourBackers group, affiliated entities, subsidiaries, parent entities, and related companies, to the extent necessary for the following purposes: providing and operating the YourBackers Service; administering and managing business operations; conducting research, analytics, and service improvements; enabling Partner integrations and promotional activities; delivering marketing and informational communications; supporting advertising activities; ensuring safety, security, and fraud prevention; and complying with applicable laws and enforcing the YourBackers Terms of Use.

SERVICE PROVIDERS:

YourBackers engages third-party Service Providers to perform services on its behalf or to assist in delivering services to users. Such Service Providers may provide communications, infrastructure, security, information technology, analytics, customer support, game-related services, payment processing, advertising support, and personalisation or optimisation services in connection with the YourBackers platform.

YourBackers does not authorise Service Providers to use or disclose personal information except to the extent necessary for providing contracted services, which may include maintaining, improving, securing, or supporting such services.

In order to maintain the safety, integrity, and security of the YourBackers Service and its users, YourBackers and its Service Providers may monitor, review, or record communications and message content, including text, chat, or voice communications, for the purposes of identifying harmful conduct, fraud, security threats, technical risks, or violations of the YourBackers Terms of Use, policies, or community guidelines.

PARTNERS:Where you maintain a relationship with one or more YourBackers Partners, certain personal information may be shared with such Partners in compliance with applicable laws and contractual arrangements. For example, depending upon the Partner services used by you, YourBackers content, services, or features may be integrated, suggested, or displayed through the Partner’s platform, interface, or devices.

Partners may process personal information for purposes including administering and operating business functions, analysing and improving services, enabling Partner integrations and promotions, and delivering marketing or informational communications.

YOURBACKERS MARKETING PROVIDERS:

When YourBackers markets or promotes its services through third-party platforms, websites, applications, or services, certain information may be shared with marketing service providers engaged for purchasing, delivering, optimising, administering, or measuring marketing campaigns and promotional activities (“YourBackers Marketing Providers”).

Such information may include limited registration or interaction-related information necessary for measuring campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, optimisation, and marketing analytics. YourBackers implements contractual, organisational, and technical safeguards designed to restrict access by YourBackers Marketing Providers to sensitive viewing, content-selection, or usage-specific information relating to individual users.

YourBackers does not share information relating to specific content selections, viewing history, or watched titles with marketing providers for advertising campaign purposes.

YourBackers Marketing Providers may process personal information for purposes including research, analytics, service improvement, marketing optimisation, and the delivery of marketing and informational communications.

ADVERTISING COMPANIES:

YourBackers may disclose certain categories of personal information to Advertising Companies for purposes including selecting, delivering, facilitating, analysing, measuring, improving, optimising, and supporting advertisements displayed through or in connection with the YourBackers Service, as well as facilitating user interaction with such advertisements. Advertising Companies may process your personal information for purposes relating to the provision, administration, optimisation, measurement, analysis, delivery, and support of advertisements associated with the YourBackers Services.

PROMOTIONAL COLLABORATIONS:

YourBackers may collaborate with third parties, affiliates, partners, sponsors, or service providers in connection with promotional campaigns, offers, rewards, discounts, contests, bundled services, or similar initiatives. CORPORATE TRANSACTIONS:

In connection with any corporate reorganisation, restructuring, merger, acquisition, amalgamation, financing transaction, business transfer, sale of assets, change of control, or similar corporate transaction, YourBackers may transfer, disclose, or otherwise make available personal information to the relevant receiving or successor entity, provided that such entity agrees to process and protect the personal information in a manner substantially consistent with this Privacy Statement and applicable laws.

Personal information may be disclosed in such circumstances for purposes including providing the YourBackers Service; administering and operating business functions; conducting research, analytics, and service improvements; enabling Partner integrations and promotions; sending marketing and informational communications; supporting advertisements; ensuring safety, security, and fraud prevention; and complying with applicable laws and enforcing the YourBackers Terms of Use.

SAFETY, SECURITY, AND FRAUD PREVENTION:

YourBackers and its Service Providers may disclose personal information to third parties where such disclosure is reasonably necessary for purposes relating to safety, security, fraud prevention, cybersecurity, investigation of unlawful or prohibited activities, risk mitigation, protection of systems and users, or enforcement of platform integrity and operational security measures.

COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND ENFORCEMENT OF THE YOURBACKERS TERMS OF USE:

YourBackers may disclose personal information where necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, judicial orders, legal processes, governmental requests, regulatory obligations, or lawful enforcement requirements, and where such processing or disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, safety, systems, operations, or legitimate interests of YourBackers, its users, or the public, as required or permitted by law.

Personal information may also be disclosed for purposes relating to the enforcement of the YourBackers Terms of Use, policies, standards, and community guidelines.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:

YourBackers operates across multiple jurisdictions and countries worldwide, and its Service Providers, Partners, affiliates, and other third parties with whom personal information may be shared or disclosed may also operate from different jurisdictions. Accordingly, when you access, use, or interact with the YourBackers Service, your personal information may be transferred to, processed in, stored in, or accessed from countries other than the country in which you reside, including jurisdictions that may have data protection laws differing from those applicable in your place of residence.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

ACCESS, CORRECTION, UPDATING, AND DELETION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:

You have the right to confirm whether YourBackers processes your personal information and, subject to applicable laws, to access and obtain a copy of the personal information maintained or processed by YourBackers. You may also request correction, updating, or rectification of inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading personal information, and may request deletion or erasure of personal information retained by YourBackers, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

Subject to platform functionality and applicable laws, you may access, review, and update certain account-related information through the “Account” or profile settings section of the YourBackers platform, including contact information, payment information, subscription details, and related account preferences. Access to such sections may require authentication and login credentials.

Information relating to deletion, retention, archival, or removal of personal information may be provided separately through applicable policies, support resources, or account management settings made available by YourBackers.

Portability and Downloading a Copy of Personal Information:Subject to applicable laws, you may request portability of your personal information or obtain a downloadable copy of the personal information processed by YourBackers in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, where technically feasible.

Objection, Restriction, and Withdrawal of Consent:You may have the right to object to certain forms of processing of your personal information or request restriction or limitation of such processing, in accordance with applicable laws. Where YourBackers processes personal information based upon your consent, you may withdraw such consent at any time.

Subject to applicable laws, you may have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, where such decisions produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significant consequences affecting your rights or interest

COMMUNICATION AND MARKETING PREFERENCES

EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS:

QUIZ & ENGAGEMENT MODEL :

Users participating in quizzes, contests, surveys, promotional activities, and engagement-based programmes on the platform may be required to provide certain personal and participation-related information. The Company may collect and process information including participation records, quiz responses, rankings, reward eligibility, device information, and engagement metrics for the purpose of administering such activities and improving user engagement and retention.
